Are you spending a Premium amount to unlock your BSNL 3G data card? Don't worry, I can help you to unlock your data card without going to service center or a technician. Unlocking (step by step guide)
1. Plug in your data card and install the modem in your system.
2. Remove the data card
3. Go to start all programs ----> run
4. Type "regedit " in run , regedit means editing the registry file.
5. Click hkey local machine.
6. Go to software---> linktop 3g
7. Click on engineer ,change the value to "0"
8. Restart your system
